Technical information

Material

Reinforced phenolic based (PF) Duroplast, high resistance. Resistant to solvents, oils, greases and other chemical agents.

Colour

Black, glossy finish.

Ring

Matte anodised aluminium (VD- Industrial design IF 77 - ELESA original design).

Standard executions

Black-oxide steel hub, uncovered front end, with H7 reamed hole. See table for maximum permissible boring diameters d' and d".
- VDN.FP+I: with revolving handle type I.301+x in phenolic based (PF) Duroplast, black colour, glossy finish.
- VDN.FP+IR: with fold-away handle type IR.407 in phenolic based (PF) Duroplast, black colour, glossy finish.
- VDN.FP+IRS: with automatic fold-away safety handle "Fold-O-matic"® type IRS.820 in glass-fibre reinforced polyamide based (PA) technopolymer, black colour, matte finish.

Accessories on request

Axial retaining washer type GN 184.

Special executions on request

- Hub with hole and keyway in compliance with DIN 6885/1 P9 tolerance .
To order the handwheel with keyway complete code and description with the index -K (i.e. 73710-10-K VDN.100 FP+I-A-10-K).
- Handwheels without handle.
- Handwheels with hub not drilled.
- Handlwheels with incorporated balancing counterweights.

Ergonomy

The rim with internal rear scallops makes the grip and the manoeuvre of the handwheel easier.
